Xi, Putin back India on UN terror charter against Pak

In a significant development, China and Russia on Monday decided to back India for moving a proposal at the United Nations that essentially goes against Pakistan on the issue of terrorism. China and India have taken “solid steps” to make new progress in bilateral ties besides implementing the agreements reached between him and PM Modi. I have full confidence in India-China relations and believe that new progress will be achieved in growing this bilateral relationship in this New Year
